Delivery Charges
UK* Deliveries Free Delivery We offer a free delivery service on all our personalised cardboard jigsaws. Deliveries made using a second-class Royal Mail service, which usually arrives up to three working days after despatch.
Standard Delivery Service - £2.95
Orders sent via this service will usually arrive within three working days on a Royal Mail service. This option is usually available on less bulky items that are lower in value.
Courier Delivery Service - £4.95
Orders using this service will usually arrive within one working day and will be delivered using a signed for FedEx service. High value items, laminated tubed maps and framed maps etc, will all go out on this service.
Express next-day delivery services are available. Please contact our Customer Services team for assistance on your next-day requirements. * “UK” includes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
EU* Deliveries
If your order includes up to three cardboard jigsaws, then the delivery charge is £5.95 (European Economy), for all other orders, delivery charges are £9.95 (European Standard). Please allow up to 16 days for receipt of your order.
- “EU” includes Switzerland.
North American and Canadian Deliveries
If your order is for single cardboard jigsaw only, then the delivery charge is £6.95 (International Economy), for all other orders, delivery charges are £9.95 (International Standard). Please allow up to 20 days for receipt of your order.
